My name is Carolyn Little and I’ve been teaching business best practices for over fifteen years. I have a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Education Studies
I became overwhelmed as many auditors came with a ‘big stick’ approach, and realised I wanted to help people establish a quality system so they would be in a favourable position and not dread the auditor.
The decision to ‘you can’t beat them so join them’ saw Carolyn study to become a Lead Auditor to ISO9001 in 2013. She then conducted over 100 audits and developed her own consultancy to assist a business.
