cSi started from our Principal and Founder, Carolyn Little’s aspiration to assist people that combines her experience in education and training; and governance, risk and compliance management having been a lead auditor to ISO9001 certification. Covid19 has been the catalyst to expand to a wider community. We have been asked to interpret the requirements for a Covid Safe environment and prepare Covid Safe Plans for a diverse range of organisations.
Carolyn Little’s journey has been 30+ years in heavily regulated industries and she has participated in audits as an auditee. This left her feeling overwhelmed as many auditors came with a ‘big stick’ approach. Carolyn realised she wanted to help people establish a quality system so they would be in a favourable position and not dread the auditor. The decision to ‘you can’t beat them so join them’ saw Carolyn study to become a Lead Auditor to ISO9001 in 2013. She then conducted over 100 audits and developed her own consultancy to assist a business.
